2. Program Participation

As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Promote Uncommonly Gorgeous products only through your unique referral link or discount code.

  • Represent the brand professionally and positively.

You are responsible for generating sales through your link or code. Sales without your link/code will not be credited.
Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is at will. Either party may terminate participation at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

3. Public Content & Responsibility

While Uncommonly Gorgeous provides brand-approved messaging, captions, and educational materials, each ambassador is responsible for ensuring that all public communications — including but not limited to social media posts, videos, live streams, comments, or collaborations — are truthful, accurate, and align with applicable advertising, disclosure, and social media guidelines.

Uncommonly Gorgeous is not responsible for any claims, representations, or statements made by Brand Ambassadors that are inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with company-provided information. Ambassadors agree to correct or remove such content immediately upon request.

4. Commission Structure

  • 25% commission on all sales through May 15, 2026.

  • Only purchases of a bottle made with your code or link are eligible for commission.

  • Your code or link must be used at checkout for the sale to be credited to you.

  • Returned or refunded orders within the policy window will void commissions.

  • In multiple referral cases, commission goes to the first Brand Ambassador whose link/code was used to complete the purchase.

  • Customer returns due to preference void commissions.

  • Company error (e.g., defective or incorrect product) will not affect your commission.
