Uncommonly Gorgeous Return & Refund Policy

At Uncommonly Gorgeous, every formula is created with intention, purity, and love. Our hope is that your experience leaves you glowing inside and out. Still, we honor that sometimes a product may not feel like the perfect fit and when that happens, we’re here to help.
1. General Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for products purchased directly from www.uncommonlygorgeous.com within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must meet the following:
At least 50% of the product must remain in the bottle or jar.
The product must not have been tampered with, refilled, or altered.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note: Returns are not accepted on gift cards, digital products, clearance items, promotional giveaways, or items marked as Final Sale.
Orders placed through other retailers must be returned directly to them.
2. How to Begin a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@uncommonlygorgeous.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
Once authorized, your return must arrive at our facility within two weeks. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Please keep in mind:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or damaged item).
Refunds cannot be issued for products damaged due to personal accidents (dropped, spilled, misused, or stolen).
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@uncommonlygorgeous.com.
We will provide a replacement or a refund once we receive photos and details of the issue.
Please send this information, along with your order number, within 7 days of receipt.
6. International Returns
We accept international returns with prior authorization. Please note:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Duties, customs, taxes, and fees are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer when making a return..
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
7. Ambassador Commissions
We deeply value the energy our ambassadors bring to sharing Uncommonly Gorgeous. To keep everything fair and transparent:
If a customer return is processed, the commission for that order will no longer apply.
If a commission has already been paid, the amount will simply be adjusted from your next payout.
This ensures balance, fairness, and integrity across our ambassador community.
8. Policy Updates
Skinspired Organix DBA Uncommonly Gorgeous may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to new orders from the date of posting.
