Participation in the Uncommonly Gorgeous Brand Ambassador

Program is subject to the Terms & Conditions below. By registering for the program, accepting commissions, or using your ambassador link, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Brand Ambassador Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

• Reside in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.

• Provide a valid email address for all program communications.

• Provide your full name, phone number, and email for payment setup.

Commissions are paid via Uncommonly Gorgeous’s account at Found Bank. You will be paid as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your own taxes, advertising costs, and any expenses incurred from your promotional activities. By registering, you agree to meet these requirements and follow all program terms. Uncommonly Gorgeous may update eligibility criteria at any time.

2. Program Participation

As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

• Promote Uncommonly Gorgeous products only through your unique referral link or discount code.

• Represent the brand professionally and positively.

• Avoid misleading statements or actions that could harm the brand’s reputation.

You are responsible for generating sales through your link. Sales without your link will not be credited. Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is at will. Either party may terminate participation at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

3. Commission Structure – Special Terms for Founding 5 Brand Ambassadors

From the date of acceptance into the program through May 15, 2026, you will receive an accelerated, flat 25% commission ($21.25 per bottle) on all eligible bottle sales made through your unique ambassador link. Starting May 16, 2026, your rate will change to a flat 20% commission ($17.00 per bottle) on all eligible bottle sales made through your unique ambassador link (subject to change with 30 days’ notice).

Commissions are calculated on the $85 retail price per bottle, less any returns or refunds. If an order is returned and refunded within the return policy window, the associated commission will be deducted from your future payouts.

4. Payments

• Paid monthly via Found Bank.

• Payments are processed on the 30th of the following month for commissions earned.

• Minimum payout: $51 (earnings below roll over until the threshold is met).

5. Referrals & Tracking

• You will be issued a unique referral link with a 10% discount code.

• The words “code” and “link” are used interchangeably. Both refer to your unique ambassador identifier used to track and credit eligible sales.

• Only purchases of a bottle made using your referral code or link are eligible for commission.

• Your code or link must be used at checkout for the sale to be credited to you.

• Returned or refunded orders within the policy window will void commissions.

• In multiple referral cases, commission goes to the first Brand Ambassador whose link was used to complete the purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

At Uncommonly Gorgeous, our skincare is created with love and intention. We hope your

customers adore their experience, but we also honor that sometimes returns are needed.

• Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order by emailing hello@uncommonlygorgeous.com to receive a return label.

• Returned products must have at least 50% of product remaining in the bottle or jar to qualify for a refund.

• The order must have been placed directly through www.uncommonlygorgeous.com. Orders placed through other retailers are not eligible for a return directly through Uncommonly Gorgeous..

• We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or products that have been tampered with, refilled, or altered.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not covered by Uncommonly Gorgeous at this time.

• Returns must be received at our facility within two weeks of the Return Authorization being issued, or the refund will no longer be authorized.

• International returns are accepted with authorization from Uncommonly Gorgeous, however; return shipping costs and any custom, duties, taxes and fees associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the customer.. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

• Refunds are not provided for personal damages (items that have been dropped, spilled, stolen, or misused).

• Returned or refunded orders will void the associated commission. If commissions have already been paid on a returned order, the amount will be deducted from your next payout.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All Uncommonly Gorgeous business, marketing, and customer information is confidential.

• The accelerated commission scale offered to Founding 5 Brand Ambassadors is strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party, including other Brand Ambassadors, without written consent from Uncommonly Gorgeous.

• You have a limited, revocable license to use brand materials during participation.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all brand assets.

8. Independent Contractor Status

• You are not an employee of Uncommonly Gorgeous. Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship of any kind.

• You have no authority to act on behalf of, represent, or legally bind Uncommonly Gorgeous in any capacity.

• You are responsible for your own taxes, advertising costs, and any expenses incurred in connection with your promotional activities. We advise that, as an independent contractor, you seek professional tax advice for any tax questions.

• No employee benefits (including health insurance, retirement benefits, or paid time off) are provided or implied.

• No guarantee of earnings is made. Commissions are earned solely on qualifying sales, and results will vary by individual effort.

• You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including advertising and consumer protection regulations (such as FTC guidelines for endorsements and disclosures).

• Your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is at will and may be terminated at any time by you or by Uncommonly Gorgeous, with or without cause or notice.

9. Termination

Uncommonly Gorgeous may terminate your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Violation of terms and conditions

• Fraudulent or unethical activity.

• Damaging brand reputation.

• Not meeting performance standards.

• Failure to generate any qualifying sales within a three (3) month period. In such cases, your Brand Ambassador status will be revoked, and you will need to reapply to the program for future participation. Reapplication may be waitlisted depending on the number of active Ambassadors at that time, and reentry will be at the standard Uncommonly Gorgeous Brand Ambassador rate. Founding Circle status and its associated benefits will be permanently lost.

You may also terminate your participation at any time via written notice. Upon termination, all promotional activities must cease, and you must discontinue use of all brand assets.

10. Program Changes

Uncommonly Gorgeous reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. This may include changes to rates, payment schedules, sales requirements, or program rules. When possible, 30 days’ notice will be provided for major changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program and use of any associated systems, links, or materials is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Uncommonly Gorgeous is not liable for technical issues, tracking errors, or system failures that may prevent proper commission tracking, provided reasonable efforts are made to maintain program functionality.

• The company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or changes in law.

• In no event will Uncommonly Gorgeous’s liability exceed the total commissions earned by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in Georgia courts.

13. Copy of Terms

Please print or save a copy of these Terms & Conditions within 7 days, as this page will be taken down.

14. Agreement

• By participating in the Uncommonly Gorgeous Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Your continued participation, acceptance of commissions, or use of your referral code or link constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including any updates or modifications provided with notice.
